General Assembly 2008
One of my most memorable experiences was as a commissioner to General Assembly in 1992. Ever since that experience, I have followed the proceedings as best as I could. I will continue to do that this year as well. I will use the new PC-Biz to help. If you are interested, you can check out this site and you may find some very interesting information!
Father’s Day 2008
Happy Father’s Day to everyone who has ever had a Father and to everyone who actually is a Father!
Today is a day to celebrate the memory of your Father on this earh or not. Here is a great Link of sources:
I have many thoughts about today… Maybe later…
Internet Down/Virus Attack and Weather Issues
Sorry I have not posted this week! I have a lot to catch up with!
My home internet has been down and still is! It comes and goes. I have a designated DSL line at the home, but it has always acted up during bad weather. It also goes down when the telephone lineman steals my pair/pare! (sp) DSL lines do not give out a tone, so they they often think that the line is free to take for someone’s phone. (It has gone down 4xs as I write this!)
Additionally on my work laptop, I have been dealing with a Trojan Worm/ Vongo that inserts a different URL in between each click to another URL. It came to me already infected and I was successful at taking off 12 of the viruses. Finally, I just had my tech person wipe the whole thing clean. Let’s see if it worked!
Anyway, I have a lot more to share about the workshop and some pictures to post from GSU’s graduation Saturday.
I hope everyone is safe and recovering from the tornado’s and storms!
More soon!
